Absolutely loved the decor and vibe of the hotel, with a central LES location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant Dirty French served amazing food. However, the room lacked storage space and the in-room dining app could be improved. Street noise was an issue for some rooms, but overall a lovely stay.

The hotel had a lovely ambiance with a cozy lobby to unwind. Rooms were well-designed, though on the smaller side. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient, surrounded by nice dining options. It's a great pick for a memorable stay in the city.

Appreciated every detail about my just perfect 2 nights stay here. Booked a double room, that included it's own balcony and large windows. Lots of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone. The hotel of choice in New York City.

Let me tell you about the waffles at Ludlow—they were straight-up magical! And don't even get me started on the epic vibes at Dirty French and the bang-on subway access. Plus, the lower east side's alleys hide some killer food joints. Yum!

So, we landed a "lofty upgrade" to the 3rd floor with a questionable view and a pinch in my wallet for a glass of wine at the bar. Ah, the quirks of NYC living.

Everything was great, including supper friendly staff with another staff member.

Warm rooms and fantastically friendly staff - we loved it. Rooms with a terrace and the big balcony, as for instance. Had complimentary drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening. Central location, not too far away from a contemporary art museum.

The cozy rooms and helpful staff added to the overall pleasant experience. The only downside was the small room size, but the spacious bathroom made up for it, especially for solo travelers. The service was top-notch, dining options were delicious, and the overall ambiance was welcoming and chic.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially for dealing with our credit card issue swiftly and giving us free breakfast as an apology – big thumbs up for that! The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch, and the cozy lobby area by the fire made me feel right at home. The only downside was one staff member at the front desk who seemed a bit uninterested in chatting, although overall the staff were lovely and accommodating. 😊

hotel is very well located in NYC in a young and dynamic area with many restaurant choices in the vicinity. hotel itself has a restaurant and a bar that welcomes a lot of people. We had taken a "Light box" room with a beautiful view on downtown NYC. I recommend. hotel is generally well managed with a very attentive staff. atmosphere of the hotel is cordial and very new yorker! Nice.

rooms are a little cramped, it's okay. Although the hotel is clean and cleaning is done every day, there is a little lack on the basic cleaning: dust on the light bulbs and air vents. adds to the cosy feeling. breakfast leaves something to be desired with a UFO in culinary terms: toast fried in oil! Luckily there are plenty of possibilities in the surrounding area to have breakfast.

I liked staying here, the location was brilliant. The view from my room was magnificent. Workers where delightful, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the heart of the city.

I stayed in a cozy hotel in Soho with amazing breakfast and excellent service. the room was small but adorable. the staff made me feel so welcome. Would DEFINITELY stay again! the photos don't do justice to how great it is.

Just an Italian shower no hose

While the hotel offers an urban style and impeccable service, the elevators were slow, and the room size was a bit cramped. the staff went above and beyond, with the housekeeping team ensuring a spotless room daily, and the industrial-chic decor added a stylish touch to the stay. the bathroom was a standout feature, boasting a large bath and a spacious walk-in shower. Despite some minor drawbacks, the overall experience was fantastic due to the hotel's trendy vibe and attentive staff.

ideal location - this is the 4th time i've stayed in this hotel and would keep coming back for more. staff is great and quality of the bedding is top notch. i'm a big fan of this place.

Small flat: the showers should be equipped with showerheads (more practical for the girls) the rooms should be a little better lit ... and for my part to avoid absolutely if you want to have a view of the city the rooms with terrace (at least those of the 15th floor).

LOVED exploring Lower East Side on foot. The service was top-notch. Would definitely choose this spot again! The rooms are even cooler than in photos!

Who needs facilities anyway?

I recently stayed at The Ludlow for a weekend getaway. The room had stunning views and despite its busy location, it was surprisingly peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had solid old-fashioned fittings that added a touch of quality. I loved the mosaic floor and tiling in the room. The ground floor restaurant and bar had a great atmosphere and the gym had a terrace with lovely views. The cleaning and wait staff were friendly and accommodating. exceeded expectations.

Having stayed at various hotels in New York City before, I must say that my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the location is simply amazing - surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants, and interesting places to explore in the Lower East Side. the hotel's special diet menus and breakfast options were absolutely fantastic, with a choice of either a yogurt parfait or pastries included in the room rate. the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable than my previous visits to the city. the lounge area is a great place to relax, enjoy a cocktail, and unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant neighborhood.

One aspect that could be improved is the size of the rooms. While beautifully designed, they felt a bit cramped, especially for the price point.

Conveniently located close to the subway station, this hotel boasts neat and tidy rooms with comfortable mattresses. The modern bathroom comes fully equipped with all necessary facilities. The entrance area is beautifully designed and the bar area is inviting. The view from the balcony and the huge bathtub are breathtaking experiences.

The bed and linens were absolutely divine, making for a comfortable night's sleep. the ambience and decor of the hotel were inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere. the staff at both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the Eggs Benedict was a highlight, with a delicious brown butter hollandaise and the option to substitute the English muffin for a toasted croissant.

The cocktails from the bar were disappointing. Both the Black Russian and Old Fashioned tasted strange and unlike any we have ever had.

The hotel's decor exuded a timeless charm, reminiscent of the places where Patti Smith and Bob Dylan once hung out. The general areas, with their sprawling SoHo views through factory-style windows, were perfect for a senior woman like me to relax and take in the sights of the city. Additionally, the hotel's easy access to all of Manhattan and Brooklyn made it convenient for senior people to explore without much hassle.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if there were more seating options available in the lobby and general areas for the children of the staff.
